Why Shapers work with us

We developed an innovative surfboard construction that we are sharing with local surfboard shapers. To make this possible years of research and developement were necessary to reach the present condition.

All Hydroflex boards are shaped and produced in the USA. Surfboard shapers deliver their shaped blanks to our factory in Oceanside, where we are glassing the blanks in Hydroflex Technology. This enables an optimal division of work whereby the surfboard shapers are able to concentrate on their shaping competences.

The result are high performance boards with many advantages compared to conventional surfboard constructions.
